April Fools Day didn't keep me off the roads on a partially cloudy day. So I donned the least amount of cycling gear (windproof cycling tights, long-sleeved jersey, fingerless gloves, helmet, socks and cycling shoes) since last fall. A light north wind had me out on the Route de Vignoble through the villages of Prangins, Vich, Luins, Vinzel, Burisin, Mont-sur-Rolle, Perroy, Fechy, Aubonne, to end in Lavigny.
The road is rolling with the only really steep bit that goes between Aubonne and Lavigny.
